Level 25 Retribution Paladin SoD Pre-Raid BiS For PvE

When it comes to Retribution Paladins in Season of Discovery (Phase 1, mind you) it goes without saying that things have been awesome for the class. While I have not raided yet I am still working towards having the best possible gear before entering. And so I decided to put together this list for the best-in-slot gear I am pursuing before entering the new Blackfathom Deeps raid in Classic WoW.

We will first take a look at what is the best possible pure DPS gear you can go with into the new BFD raid instance without taking into consideration PvP items. Then we will check to see what upgrades you could get while also farming the Warsong and Ashenvale rewards. Then, a few easier-to-obtain alternatives.

Why a universal remote? Well, because there is nothing else to occupy one of the trinket slots with. By the way, you can in fact equip two of them, even though they share a cooldown (the same goes for the Recombobulator). Well, not that they are very useful. Actually, not at all! But I like to have those slots filled as well so, there's that. And then, when I get the Minor Recombobulator recipe from the Wetlands I'll just vendor one of the remotes.
